The current real estate industry climate has made it more important than ever to keep 100% of every hard earned commission. Solid Source was founded in January of 2003 with the idea to offer a fair and balanced commission plan. Since it takes the same amount of time for a broker to process a pending sale, whether it is an $80,000 contract or an $800,000 contract, it became easy to suggest a transactional model.

The fee structure is $68/month, $300/transaction, on the Gold Plan and $323/month, $40/transaction, on the Platinum Plan. This fee includes FMLS and GAMLS access, phone extension that routes to your cell phone and an @solidsourcerealty.com email account. This monthly fee will be automatically debited from a checking account free of charge or may be paid with a credit card, which will include a processing fee. There is no time commitment in the Independent Contractor Agreement and also no quota or pressure to attend meetings. We believe the key to serving is maintaining an attitude of gratitude and keeping Solid Source Agents equipped with the latest technology, marketing tools and education.

Most of the teams at Solid Source choose one team leader or member to be on the Platinum Plan at $323/month and $40/closed transaction. The rest of the team members are on the Gold Plan at only $68/month and only $40/closed transaction! This is a tremendous savings through each year meaning more advertising dollars available to promote your team!

The commercial split on commission is 95/5 for commercial transactions and the annual cap is $12,000 total, which includes any fees paid on residential transactions. There is NO FRANCHISE FEE!! Newly Licensed? Congratulations! You re invited to join Solid Source under the New Agent Plan. In this model, the agent pays $68 monthly dues and is on a 70% / 30% (Agent / Solid Source) split for the first 3 transactions. After that, you can choose between the Gold or Platinum plans above. You must have 3 closed transactions within the last 3 years in order to be eligible for the Gold or Platinum plan. Your check is made payable to you at the closing table from Solid Source network attorneys and a separate check to Solid Source for you to mail in or drop off with final paperwork.
