System Setup:
Detailed System setup is very important in order to accomplish easy transition and get most out of the PracticeVeterinary software.

• Consultation:
  SolidSource team provides technical consultation as a part of the process to provide you guidance with selecting right hardware, network services and understanding of custom set up for your clinic’s needs. This is the most important step of the overall process to achieve the highest return on your daily activities.
• Receive Setup Data:
  Our software allows you to run your business with lots of flexibility. In order to take full advantage of the features most important to your clinic requires right set up before you start using the software. Your responsibility in this important step is to provide all your needs to us on the form provided to you at the sign up. Our team will be available for any guidance you require to do this.
• Network Setup:
  This usually step is done by you and your Internet service provider. However, SolidSource team is available via telephone to provide you with any assistance you may require for the network set up.

• Custom Setup:
  SolidSource uses the set up data and any conversion data received from you and gets our software ready for your clinic in order to go live.
• Training:
  As a part of initial setup, SolidSource provides four hours of online training on PracticeVeterinary. Also, our innovative computer based training module is always available online for self paced learning. In addition, our friendly customer service support staff is just a phone call away for additional training or support, whenever you need.
• Go Live:
  After completion of the training you are now ready to go live with exciting software to run your practice

Data Conversion:
Your current practice managent system data can be converted to use with PracticeVeterinary.

• Receive Backup Data:
  You send your data on any electronic media (backup tapes, zip disks, CD, DVD etc.) for conversion. Alternatively you can use our FTP servers for uploading their data via Internet.
• Data Conversion:
  SolidSource has highly skilled software professionals and database experts who strive to convert all data from your current Practice Management Software into PracticeVeterinary. In most instances, nearly all of the data from your practice management software can be converted for use with PracticeVeterinary. The following data is typically converted depending on the practice management system you might have: client information, patient information, patient medical/treatment history, treatment list, inventory list and chart of accounts and their balances. In some instances, we may not be able to convert certain specific data items. If needed second conversion will be done on the back up data collected after the first conversion.
